As a proud native of Cross County, Jason has always been a real estate enthusiast. Before acquiring his agents license, He worked as an appraiser, interior designer, and real estate investor for 20+ years. In addition to listing and selling real estate, Jason leads the worship team at his church and serves on the Wynne City Council.
Emily was born and raised in Wynne, AR. After graduating from Wynne High School, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s in Reading Education. In 2018, she returned to Wynne with her husband, local attorney, Kevin Watts. Emily and her husband own several rental properties in Cross County and the surrounding area, and she is excited to help people in the community with their real estate needs.
Devin Griggs graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Finance in 2015. He has 14 years’ experience in real estate investing; primarily with buying, renovating, and selling houses. He has extensive knowledge of real estate values from his 14 years of experience as an appraiser for a mass appraisal firm. Devin also manages the finances for a local nonprofit, while teaching financial classes and providing financial counseling to those in need.
Brenda grew up in Parkin and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BSBA in marketing. She began her career in real estate in 1990 at Stutts Real Estate and was trained by one of the best, Billie Stutts. Eventually, Brenda and Sallye became co-owners, Brenda became Principal Broker, and, although the name of the company changed to Cross County Realty, the goals of being hard-working, honest and ethical agents remained the same. These same high standards will continue with the new owners and Brenda is remaining as Principal Broker.
Mark is originally from Birdeye and has lived in Cross County all of his life. After graduating from the U of A, he enjoyed a career in banking for 20 years. Mark’s many years of experience in real estate began in 1973 as co-owner of Bradshaw and Smith Real Estate. He came back to real estate in 1995 as a broker with Cross County Realty (aka Stutts Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Stutts Real Estate) and became owner of Mark Smith Appraisals in 2001.
Chris is a proud product of Wynne Schools and considers Cross County and the Arkansas Delta “an excellent place to call home.” Since graduating in 2000, he has gained extensive knowledge of construction and real property. From his roots of hanging and finishing drywall with his father as a teenager to his 20 years of experience in mass appraisal, he attributes any occupational success and accomplishment to multiple facets of real property. He relishes every moment spent with his wife and 2 daughters. Chris serves with diligence and extends to you his knowledge and passion of all things real estate.
Lisa Miller has been a licensed Real Estate agent with Cross County Realty for several years. A graduate of Wynne High School, she continued her education at Arkansas State University where she earned a BA in Music with a Minor in Theatre Arts. In addition to real estate, Lisa owns music studios in both Wynne and Forrest City. She is also an active member of ASMTA (Arkansas Music Teachers Association) where she has served in several capacities including President. Lisa is married to Mark Miller of Forrest City. She loves the real estate business because it gives her an opportunity to meet a lot of people and help them sell their home or find their dream home.
Regan began working with Cross County Realty as Administrative Assistant in April 2019. She got married in June of 2018 and moved to Wynne with her husband. During her time working with Cross County Realty, she has been able to get connected with the local community and quickly learned how welcoming and willing to help everyone is. Outside of the office, Regan works in Youth Ministry, loves music, photography, graphic design, and meeting new people.
Kara is a Cross County resident. She is married to Shannon Hobbs, and together they have 4 children. Kara was formerly a real estate agent in Tupelo, MS and the surrounding area. As a trusted Realtor, she understands that when buying and selling a home, there is a lot at stake financially and that it is complex and deeply personal. This perspective on the process and the responsibility she feels toward each client drives her to truly be an expert on the job and understand all the variables of each real estate transaction.
